Your Choices
Essential technologies support shopping, login, security and remembering your decision. Optional Statistics and Optional Chat & Media are off until you choose them. Use Accept all, Reject optional or Customise on the banner. Rejecting optional services does not prevent a purchase. Open Cookie settings to change your choice later.
Changing a choice stops future optional loading after the page is reloaded. It cannot undo earlier processing or automatically remove every copy held by a provider. Browser settings let you remove existing cookies and site storage; this may also empty a basket or sign you out.
Essential Shopping, Login And Security
WooCommerce uses basket/session identifiers to associate your browser with the correct basket. Its documented cookies include woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart (session), and wp_woocommerce_session_* (normally two days). Session storage may also support basket fragments. These are used when the relevant shopping features are used, not to sign you up for marketing.
WordPress login cookies support authenticated accounts. Security tools, including Wordfence, use technical information to prevent misuse. Stripe may use cookies or similar identifiers when providing payment and fraud-prevention services. Blocking the information necessary for a requested payment may prevent that payment from working. Stripe explains its own technologies in its Cookie Policy.
Complianz stores privacy choices in cmplz_* cookies, including consent categories and the policy version. Our preference expiry is configured at 365 days; changing the policy or clearing browser data may cause the banner to appear sooner. These cookies remember your choice, including a rejection.
Optional Statistics
Google Analytics 4 is blocked until Statistics consent. Its _ga cookie distinguishes browsers and _ga_* maintains session state. Google’s documented default expiry is two years, although browser limits, tag settings, renewed visits and earlier removal can change actual duration. Cookie expiry is different from Analytics server-side retention, described in our Privacy Policy. See Google’s cookie information.
Burst Statistics is configured on our WordPress site in no-cookie, no-fingerprint mode with Do Not Track enabled. Its technical measurement is not a marketing subscription. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are also respected by our consent configuration.
Optional Chat & Media
This choice permits Tawk.to chat and external Google Fonts. A font request sends technical connection information to Google; it is not a marketing-email opt-in. You can use email or telephone instead of enabling chat.
Tawk.to uses browser storage for chat continuity and returning-visitor recognition. Its documented examples include tawk_uuid_* (six months), twk_idm_key and TawkConnectionTime (session), plus local storage for chat tokens and session storage such as PreviousNav. Local storage does not necessarily have the same automatic expiry as a cookie and can be removed in browser site-data settings. See Tawk.to’s storage information. Automatic logged-in name/email recognition is disabled; information you voluntarily send in chat is still processed to answer you.
Browser Controls And Contact
The technologies present depend on which pages, account features, payment methods and optional services you use. Provider updates and browser restrictions may change identifiers or shorten their lifespan. Your browser’s site-data controls show storage on your device and allow its removal.
