UK courier delivery
Shadotech supplies trade customers and the general public throughout the United Kingdom by courier. We do not offer local collection or operate a public-facing shop.
Delivery times
Our usual delivery estimate is 2 to 3 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed next-day service.
Standard parcel delivery charges
Standard parcel delivery costs £5 including VAT. Standard parcel delivery is free when the product subtotal is £90 or more including VAT after discounts. Delivery charges do not count towards this threshold.
Pallet deliveries and larger orders
Pallet deliveries are excluded from the standard £5 delivery charge and the £90 free-delivery offer. Each pallet delivery is priced individually according to the type and volume of goods; prices are available on request.
Please contact us before placing an order that may require pallet delivery, so that the delivery method and quotation can be agreed before you order. Do not assume that an automatically displayed standard parcel rate covers a pallet shipment.
Consumer cancellations and returns
For eligible consumer distance purchases, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Contact us using the details below; no reason is required.
You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Package goods securely and retain proof of posting. For paint or chemical products, check the carrier’s restrictions before sending them.
Custom paint, inspection and opened products
Paint mixed specifically to your requirements is excluded from change-of-mind cancellation where the custom-made goods exception applies.
Opening packaging for reasonable inspection does not automatically remove cancellation rights. Use, consumption or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may lead to a lawful deduction for reduced value. Faulty packaging does not itself prevent a return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us about faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. The change-of-mind exclusions and postage rule do not limit your statutory remedies or applicable rights to return costs.

Refunds
We process eligible refunds within two working days of receiving returned goods. This is our processing time; your payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.
For consumer cancellations, refunds are due no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier. Refunds include standard outbound delivery where required; delivery upgrades need not be refunded.
Business purchases
The consumer cancellation provisions above apply to consumer purchases. Trade customers should contact us to discuss a proposed return; this does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
